Something Substantial is a character focussed 3D animation built around a snippet from the movie Blue Jasmine.

 

I researched the 1950s and used the socio-political happenings and aesthetic trends of this time as inspiration for the narrative, environment, and character design.

This project was animated and developed in Maya.
